How Ìsula Banqueting handles the data of people who contact it through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email.

What data
The website has no forms that send data to our servers. The reply card prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp, and the details you choose to write (name, occasion, menu and chosen dishes, date, place, number of guests, notes) reach us only when you send the message yourself. The same applies to email and phone calls.
Why we use it
To answer you and arrange the appointment you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). If you tell us about allergies or intolerances in your notes, we use them only to prepare your menu.
How long
For as long as it takes to handle your request and, if we work together, for as long as the law requires.
Who else
We do not share your data with third parties. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy policy. The website is hosted by a provider that records technical browsing data, such as the IP address, for security and operation.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation) by writing to [email protected], and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Photographs and maps
The photographs of the dishes, the portraits of the two brothers and the photographs of Dòmini belong to Ìsula and Dòmini. Those of the islands and places come from Wikimedia Commons, under free licences, and the colours of the island photographs are slightly toned down.
